Meta fills Advantage+ with generative creative
Meta added AI dubbing, generated music and persona-based images to Advantage+. It took Advantage+ Leads global and is testing replies on Messenger, with SMS and work-email verification.

Meta widened the slice of an ad it will make for you. It added three creative tools to Advantage+ campaigns: AI dubbing that translates a video into other languages, AI-generated background music, and persona-based image generation aimed at a specific audience. The pitch is volume without a production line.
The push reaches beyond creative. Advantage+ Leads campaigns are now available globally, and Meta is testing replies to a new lead directly on Messenger. Two verification tools, SMS by phone number and work email, aim to filter out junk submissions. Meta also added a Restricted Words setting to block specific terms from AI-generated text, a quiet admission that machine copy needs guardrails.
The real decision
Each tool removes a step a person used to own: the edit, the score, the casting of an image. That is a real efficiency for a small team running many markets, and a slow handover of brand voice to a system optimizing for clicks. Use the generative tools where the stakes are low and the volume is high, such as localizing a proven video into ten markets. Hold the line on the hero asset and the claims, and set the Restricted Words list before launch.
The signal: Let Meta automate the variations, not the voice. Set your Restricted Words and lead verification before you scale, not after.
